After winning the Hall of Fame Classic and the Hendricks County Tourney, the 4A #6 ranked Brownsburg (14-2) girls basketball team faces another big test when 4A #3 McCutcheon comes to town this evening. McCutcheon is 14-0 this season.
The series between the two teams has been erratic. The road team has won the last 4 games in the series, but both times McCutcheon has won at Brownsburg were the Bullodog teams that were 5-17 and 4-17 respectively.
The Sagarin ratings predict a 2-point win for the Bulldogs. Massey's ratings say the Dogs win 51-48. My own quick ratings say the Dogs win 50-46. Either way it should be a close game. Also, it is usually a physical game between these two teams as it always is when BBurg plays the Lafayette schools. A win by Brownsburg would create a 4-way tie for the conference lead. A loss by the Dogs would eliminate them from the conference title.
