Brownsburg 12s - lost to Ben Davis on Friday 7-6 in a battle of undefeated teams. Beat WDT on Saturday 9-8 to advance the the championship round. Lost to Ben Davis 7-4 in the finals on Sunday. It is the first time since 2006 that Brownsburg has not won the district. The team has won 9 of the 12 District 8 titles since 1999.
Brownsburg 13s - Defeated Southmont to win the district title. They now advance to the state tourney in Lowell, IN starting July 29.

9 of 12 in the playoffs w/o advancing to the world series Braves syndrome??? However, wining 9 of 12 aint bad either. Are there any other Indiana teams with a record near this?
