Can we get Kenshin Kawakami some run support???

The Braves lost to the Rays last night 10-4, giving Kenshin Kawakami his 9th loss of the year against zero wins. While Kwakami is pitching slightly below league average at this point in the season, his record is not indicative of how he has pitched. He is only getting run support of 3.13 runs per 27 outs and the Braves are 4-20 when scoring three runs or less. Hopefully, all of these will revert to the mean and Kenshin can crawl back closer to .350 before the season is over. He should have about 19 starts left, going .500 over those starts would get him to 7-16 including no-decisions.

The team needs to at least split the next two games with the Rays before starting a relatively easy next week and a half against the Royals, White Sox, and Tigers. Currently, the Braves hold a half game lead over the Mets in the NL East
